It was such a quick and easy process getting my brakes repaired with Jackson. He even squeezed me into his schedule over the weekend which was really convenient. He was easy to work with, transparent with pricing, and gave me helpful instructions for after installation. He even noted a couple of other repairs I need when checking my brakes. I highly recommend him and would definitely use Simply Brakes again!

I bought new rotors and brakes for my truck. I was planning on installing myself, but after multiple trips to buy tools and parts I decided to just hire someone. And I'm glad I found Jackson with Simply Brakes! A quick google search took me to 1year old Reddit post where he advertised his services in a comment section. I was surprised to call and get an answer. Let alone same day service! He showed up later that afternoon and got straight to work. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about his craft. I could tell he was working on my truck like it were his own. Not skipping any steps. I also got the brake fluid flush as he recommended. The truck brakes feel amazing now. I feel like he didn't charge enough for his services.

Jackson was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! I reached out with questions regarding my brake pads & rotors and was very quickly helped, quoted and scheduled to have my brake pad and rotor replacement done! I was so glad to see that his prices were reasonable, and so happy I came across other referring him on reddit. I was quoted over $800 for the same service at my local auto shop, he did it for almost half that! The best part is - he came to my office and replaced my brakes and rotors while I worked! Jackson was super informative about the whole process. I definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a reliable, affordable and quick service done on their brakes to chose Simply Brakes.
